One of the world’s top esports streamers has just put his five-bedroom home in Largo, FL, on the market for $3.1 million.
The waterfront house in the Sunshine State is owned by Turner Tenney, better known as Tfue to fans of Fortnite.
If you aren’t familiar with Tfue, he’s amassed over 11 million subscribers to his YouTube channel and recently set a new
Tfue began his career playing Call of Duty and shot to stardom a few years ago. However, Fortnite transformed him into a high-profile success. A battle royale game, it draws millions of players vying to become the last one standing.
From tournaments to sponsorships, the 24-year-old Florida native is one of the most popular gamers and entertainers on the streaming platform Twitch. Live streaming has proven lucrative—Tfue’s net worth is said to be in the range of $4 to $6 million.
Using his gaming riches, Tfue purchased this nearly 5,000-square-foot property in 2019 for $1.25 million. Three years later, he’s looking to double his money.
Overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and located near many Gulf beaches, the home features an array of luxury amenities. However, its waterfront location might be the top draw, according to the listing agent.
“It’s definitely the location of this home that makes it so special,” says listing agent Athena Smith, of Charles Rutenberg Realty. “There are also not a lot of homes in this area that feature high ceilings, so the fact that it has vaulted ceilings in some parts of the home sets it apart. Combined with that view, it’s just really rare.”
The grand entry of this multilevel home features Honduran mahogany doors and an open foyer with a high ceiling. Nearby, the chef’s kitchen features a six-burner Viking gas stove, an enormous three-door Sub-Zero refrigerator, and double wall ovens.
